- Adding additional windows (Standard size 3' x 3')
- Adding additional doors (Standard size 3' x 6' 8")
- Installating of rollup doors (Standard size 6' x 6' 8")
- Cutting & Framing openings of a specific size (< 30 linear feet)
- Overhead lighting
- Side venting options
- Basic electrical panels
- Pass thrus and LB's
- Shelving (Two options available)
